Eric Katz Eric’s passion for people and problem solving led him to join the firm in 2011. Eric is well-known at the firm for the long hours he spends with customers, his compassion for financial hardship and talented settlement skills. He works primarily in the practice areas of debt settlement, mortgage modification and foreclosure. Eric’s background in small business is an asset to his efforts assisting the firm’s business clients in turning around difficult circumstances. Eric is also a licensed realtor with Thank You Realty. Eric is a graduate of Florida State University and a passionate Seminole fan. He loves cuisine, traveling and his family. He is married to Sasha Katz and is the proud father of two Seminoles! Robin McCullough Robin was the firm’s first employee, joining in 2011. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, she was an immediate asset to the real estate practice of the firm. She currently manages the firm’s debt and foreclosure litigation as well as keeping our billing in order. She is a mother of three, grandmother and has been married to her husband for four decades! Robin will not be allowed to retire until she is at least 85. Rachel Gonzalez Rachel joined the firm in 2018 after serving in the non-profit community for many years. She works in the debt practice and has successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements for our clients. She is equally compassionate and efficient in bringing our clients to their desired outcomes. Rachel is festive and brings brightness to the office every day. She is the heart and soul of her family and is a beloved mother and grandma. Chris Tyrrell, Esq. Mr. Charles Tyrrell has close to twenty years of legal experience. He spent the early part of his career representing various companies, including cruise lines, insurance companies, construction companies and telecommunication companies, in court. For the past fifteen years, he has focused on business immigration law, using his litigation skills to present cases to various immigration agencies. He continues to assist foreign nationals in seeking visas to the United States but is also looking for other ways to assist and help individuals. As such, he is assisting the Law Office of Sasha Katz in representing those who have unfortunately fallen on hard times, many of which were based on circumstances completely outside of their control. Mr. Tyrrell has a compassionate heart, cares for others and is constantly seeking how to help improve his life, so that he can help improve the lives of others. Patricia (Trish) Dobbs Trish joined the firm in 2014 for a short term project and, thankfully, never left. She supports the firm administratively while running a family business and raising two boys with her husband. Kim Sciortino Kim joined the firm in 2016. She provides administrative support with excellence, professionalism and ease. She is a wife, mother of two and a great asset to the firm.
